Complete the client order information form with the details required for all authorities. Attach a scan of your passport and any supporting documents.

E-sign Power of Attorney

After submitting the form, you'll be redirected to the Power of Attorney page. Please e-sign it to authorize us to represent you with all authorities.

Once we receive your online application and e-signed Power of Attorney, Pexpats will arrange the cancellation or suspension of your trade license on your behalf.

Cancel or Pause Trade License

We can either cancel or pause your Czech trade license until December 31, 2099. If canceled, you'll need to re-register later. If paused, you can easily restart it when needed. Please let us know your choice in the online form.

Stop Paying Contributions

If your Czech trade license is canceled or paused this month, contributions will stop starting next month. To avoid paying next month's contributions, it's important to cancel or pause your trade license as early as possible this month.
