If dismissing an employee, you should issue a termination letter. If you dismiss a foreigner, you must propose a termination contract. The employee will need this contract to meet one of the main conditions for changing employment / their employee card.

To confirm the change of employment, MCVR (the Immigration Office) will contact you via DataBox. If confirmed, you will receive the newly hired employee’s Employee Card assigned to your company. Note: The deadline for this decision is 30 days. Also, during the decision process, the employee cannot start the new position.
