If you need to sign important documents like contracts or a power of attorney, you may need signature authorization to confirm your identity.
You don’t have to go to a notary for this service. The Czech post office offers a notary service called Czech Point, where you can easily get your signature verified.
Visit any Czech post office with Czech Point services.
Bring your passport and residency permit.
The fee for authorizing one document is 50 CZK per document.
You can book an appointment online, and the system is available in English.

When your number is called, go to the service window and say: "Potřebuji úředně ověřit podpis" (It means, I need to have my signature officially verified).
If you need a certified copy of an important document, you can get one at Czech Point. This is useful for documents like:

It doesn’t matter what language the document is in—Czech Point can certify a legal copy of it.

50 CZK for each additional page
Book an appointment at your nearest post office with Czech Point services.
When you arrive, get a reservation number from the machine using your booking code.
When they call your number, go to the window and hand over the original documents you want to have copied and legalized.
At the window, say: "Potřebuji overit kopii dokladu" (It means, I need to have a certified copy of my document).
Please note: CzechPoint does not authorize certified copies of passports or ID cards.
